"Felt like I was being ignored"
I reached out twice about my order and basically got nothing useful back for days. It was annoying, and it made me wonder if something weird was going on or if they were just avoiding the question.

"Decent products, but the subscription felt like a hassle"
The products themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. But managing the subscription just didn’t sit right with me. I couldn’t easily find a clear way to pause or cancel, and I ended up having to email them twice before it got sorted. They did respond eventually, but my gut feeling is that it shouldn’t be that hard to make a simple change.

"Nice texture and doesn’t feel greasy"
I’ve been liking this so far. The texture feels really nice, and I’m assuming from how smoothly it spreads that a little goes a long way. It doesn’t feel heavy or too thick on my skin, and it absorbs well without leaving that sticky feeling afterward. Overall, just a comfortable product to use.

"Packaging was just okay"
I ordered from lulusholistics.com and, uh, the packaging was alright but nothing special. The box showed up a little dented and there really wasn’t much padding inside, which made me a bit nervous. Thankfully nothing was damaged, so that was good. The labels and seal looked fine too. Overall, not a bad experience, just average and could’ve been packed a little better

I was browsing Lulu's Holistic and it was easy enough to get around. Everything loaded fast for me and I didn’t have to search much.

The menu felt straightforward, and the pages weren’t cluttered. It also worked fine on my phone, which I appreciated.

I maybe would’ve liked a little more info in a few places, but overall it was a smooth visit. 5 stars.

"I feel good about this..."
I feel good about this overall because it really does seem ethically sourced, which matters a lot to me. I just wish there was a bit more information available so I could feel fully confident about it.

"Honestly, I Expected More"
I used lulusholistics for a few weeks and, i didn’t notice much of a difference. My skin felt a little softer at the beginning, but the dryness and spots didn’t really change. As for my hair, I didn’t see any improvement with shedding or shine either. Maybe it works better for other people, but for the price, give me a break, I was expecting more than this. Shipping was fine, though

"Shipping Took Longer Than Expected"
I ended up waiting almost two weeks for my order to arrive, which was frustrating. Anyway, the product finally got here, but the long shipping time definitely made the whole experience less enjoyable

"Felt a bit overpriced to me"
I don’t know, my gut reaction was that the prices just didn’t really match what I was getting. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it felt a little too pricey for what it is.

"Didn’t really notice any digestive help"
I was really hoping this would help with my digestion, but I didn’t feel much of a difference at all. Maybe it works better for other people, I’m not sure, but for me it just didn’t seem to do anything. Kind of feels like I wasted my money, which is frustrating. Has anyone else had the same experience? I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Just wasn't my kind of flavor"
I really wanted to like this, but the taste just didn’t work for me, it had a strong earthy flavor and this bitter aftertaste that kind of lingered. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind it, but I had to mix it with juice just to get through it. It’s not awful or anything — just not something I enjoyed drinking.

I’ve been trying it out and, it seems okay so far. Nothing has gone wrong yet, but I’m still not totally convinced. Something about it makes me want to keep an eye on it for a bit longer before I fully trust it

"Hard to get straight answers"
I think this was around late spring, maybe early summer, but the main issue for me was the communication. I had to ask more than once just to get basic updates, and even then the answers didn’t always feel very clear. It made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. I don’t mind delays if someone is upfront about them, but I’d rather know what’s actually going on instead of feeling like I have to keep chasing for information.

I found lulusholistics.com really easy to use, really easy. The pages loaded without any issues, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find what I was looking for.
The layout is simple, and checkout was straightforward too. Nothing confusing, nothing annoying, which I always appreciate. I’d definitely use it again.

"Good experience, just a bit of a shipping delay"
I ordered from lulusholistics.com and had a solid experience. The website was simple to navigate, checkout was straightforward, and when my order arrived, everything was packed nicely and looked just like it was described online.
The only thing that kept it from being a full 5 stars for me was that shipping took a little longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge issue, though, and based on my experience, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again

"They fixed it in the end"
I had an issue with my order at first, and it was a bit frustrating, not sure how to explain it, but the whole thing just took longer than I expected. They did get back to me eventually and sorted it out, so I appreciate that. Still, because of the delay, it’s 3 stars from me
